Highlights: Alex Saavedra placed third in Division I with a time of 16:28 on the 5K at Sunken Meadow for Sachem East, which won the Division I title with 88 points. Sachem East was also the overall winner, finishing four points ahead of Bayport-Blue Point. Joe DiRienzo finished in 17:06, good enough for seventh, while Matt Fritze placed 12th in a time of 17:19. Quinn Raseman of Ward Melville won the race in a time of 16:15.

Highlights: Chris Pohlot ran a time of 16:11 and James Hunt ran a time of 16:36 on the three mile course at Sunken Meadow State Park. Shoreham-Wading River (6-0) wins its 53rd dual meet in a row to clinch the League VI title.
Highlights: Smithtown 17, Longwood 41: Mark Valentino won the 3-mile course with a time of 16:30 to lead Smithtown (5-0), which clinched the League I title. Rob Calamia took second (16:44) and freshman Patrick Ginty placed third (17:15).
Highlights: Westhampton 19, East Hampton 40: Dylan Mcallister (16:51) won the race as Westhampton (4-2) won at Sunken Meadow.
Highlights: Sachem East finished the season 5-0 to clinch the League II title for the second straight year.
Highlights: Mattituck 18, Pierson/Bridgehampton 49: Nick Troisi took first place in the boys 5k race at Red Creek in Hampton Bays with a time of 18:14 for Mattituck.
Highlights: Half Hollow Hills West 22, West Babylon 39: Joe Pugliese won the three-mile course at Sunken Meadow at 16:27 as Half Hollow Hills West (6-0) clinched the League IV championship.
Highlights: Senior Joe Livote took first in the 3-mile race 16:23 to lead Kings Park (5-1) in League V. Livote is undefeated in League V competition over the last two seasons.
Highlights: Nicky LoScalzo took first place (16:47) on the 3-mile course at Sunken Meadow.
Highlights: Tyler Murtha took second on the three-mile course at Sunken Meadow in a time 16:27 for Connetquot (4-1) in League II. Ward Melville's Quinn Raseman took first in 15:42.

Highlights: North Babylon 15, Riverhead 43: James Ward won the three-mile race at Sunken Meadow in a time of 17:48 to lead North Babylon (5-1).
Highlights: Babylon 17, Hampton Bays 46: Luke Merz won the 5K race at Red Creek Park 18:35 to lead Babylon (4-1). Tyler McGarvey took second (18:50) and Ian Mathies was third (19:00).
Highlights: Andrew Keresztes took first on the three-mile course at Sunken Meadow in a time of 16:50 for Port Jefferson (6-0), which completed its 12th consecutive undefeated League VIII championship.
Highlights: Greg Perrier ran a time of 17:22 at the three mile course at Sunken Meadow State Park to lead Hills East (2-4) in League II.
Highlights: Floyd 20, Patchogue-Medford 40: Robert Johnson (17:26), Zach Rosado (17:27) and Tom Mullally (17:55) took second, third and fourth, resprectively, in the three-mile race at Sunkean Meadow to lead Floyd (2-3).
