Highlights: Seaford 33, Locust Valley 0: Seaford captured its third straight title and fifth since 2002 with a 33-00 victory over Locust Valley, last night at Hofstra. While the result was typical, the route taken was unique. Seaford, long known for its strategy of run, run and then run some more, took to the skies early. Quarterback Rob Anderson was 7-for-18 times passing, with a touchdown and senior wide receiver Mike Gallo caught four of those passes for 114 yards and a touchdown.
Seaford will take on Amityville for the Class IV Long Island Championship, Friday at noon.
The victory was Seaford’s 32nd straight in Nassau County and the Vikings completed their third straight undefeated Conference season.
