Highlights: St. Anthony's 30, Holy Cross 28: Trailing by a point with two seconds left, Jesse Signa nailed a 33-yard field goal to win it for St. Anthony's, 30-28, in CHSFL yesterday. Holy Cross took a 28-24 lead on Dean Marlowe’s 8-yard touchdown run in the third quarter, but St. Anthony’s (6-1) rallied late in the fourth. Signa hit a 36-yard field goal with 4:00 left to pull the Friars to within a point then, after a defensive stop St. Anthony’s offense took over at its 45-yard line with 1:30 left. Quarterback Tom Schreiber left the game in the fourth quarter with a shoulder injury, but James D’Aprile led the game-winning drive, getting Signa into field goal range. The kicker was 3-for-3 on field goals and 3-for-3 on extra points. Holy Cross is 4-2.
