Ptak led Great Neck South with 17 points, Jordan Fox had 16 points and Brendan Levine added 12. Nachbi Lacossiere led Elmont with 13 points and Nikita Josephs added 10. Great Neck South advances to the quarterfinal on Wednesday at 7 p.m. where it will face defending Long Island AA champion and No.3 Baldwin.
